smock insert

I cannot smock. This insert was purchased on ebay and sewn in to this set that I made. 

 

 

White pillowcase dress with pantaloons

ribbon color, lace or trim of choice can be added

with coordinating fabric, ribbon and pom-pom trim added 

Black Toile
